2. Terms of service
All services are provided under a written agreement signed by Ararat Ventures LLC and the client. That agreement defines the scope of work, the deliverables, the schedule, the fees and the payment terms. Nothing published on this website constitutes an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of results.
Unless the signed agreement states otherwise: invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issue; intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment; and either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with thirty (30) days written notice, with work completed up to the termination date remaining payable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Ararat Ventures LLC under any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that engagement.
3. Privacy policy
Ararat Ventures LLC collects personal data only when you choose to provide it, for example by sending us an email. The data collected is limited to what you send us: typically your name, your email address, your company and the content of your message.
This data is used for one purpose only: to answer your request and, where applicable, to manage the resulting business relationship. It is never sold, rented or traded. It may be processed by the service providers we use to run the business, such as our email provider, strictly for that purpose.
